By its very nature one to one coaching is very specific to the individual, if you are interested in developing particular skills within your professional or personal life coaching can be a great way to support this development.

Stage 1 - Pre-Coaching 360° Questionnaire
Prior to the first session you will complete a brief 360° questionnaire to help us understand your personal needs, experience and goals for the coaching.
It can be completed in five minutes and returned to us by email. This will include feedback from a colleague, manager and junior team member. This will allow the trainer to get a clear picture of the goals and therefore the coaching that is required.
Stage 2 - Three-hour coaching sessions
Focussing on your key goals, you will build up advanced communication skills and practise applying these techniques to your most important meetings. This will include improving the impact of your overall style, as well as preparation techniques that allow you to create a really compelling message.
To gain the greatest improvement these sessions should be less than one month apart.
Purpose – This will create a solid foundation of skills that can be used with time to take on board these techniques and practise them in real situations, between the coaching sessions.
Stage 3 - Progress assessment session
Your coach will then attend one of your key meetings as an observer, to see how you are getting on with applying these skills.
Based on observations of this session, further coaching will be advised to deliver the additional improvements and support that is needed.
An average of three sessions, over three months, is usual for this coaching to deliver lasting results, although you will see immediate improvements after session one.

Provided below is an example of the type of sessions we run with individuals when focusing on Personal Impact. Your timetable will be developed in conjunction with you and following a detailed discussion with your coach about your goals and aspirations.

DVD Feedback – As proof of your progress you will take away a DVD of your session, which you can refer to in future, ensuring lasting benefits from your coaching session.

- Then we need to get the 360° questionnaire completed and returned to us by email.
